Repair Process

Your vehicle is inspected and estimated including all relevant data. It is enter into our computerized estimating system and that data is compiled into an estimate that determines the costs of repairs, excluding any hidden damage, damage that cannot be seen until the vehicle is disassembled.

Once the estimate is completed, the insurance company will review our estimate or inspect the damages at our location. There may be some negotiation needed or procedures required to repair your vehicle, as well as, determine if it is repairable.

Once agreed upon by both the shop and the insurer, repairs can begin with your authorization.

In disassembly, hidden damage is often found and inner structure repairs are determined. Many times this will require an insurance reinspection and possible supplement or delays.

We prefer that you bring your vehicle to us for a complete inspection with the insurance company present to avoid these timely mistakes often made when inspected elsewhere.

The parts necessary for returning your vehicle to pre-loss condition are ordered. We check availability, to ensure that a timely repair can be completed.

No repairs can be completed until all the structural parts have been received.

In the structure repair process, the vehicle is measured using our state-of-the-art computer based measuring system to analyze the frame or uni-body of your vehicle. The system assures an accurate repair.

With the training and expertise of our staff along with this sophisticated measuring system, we are able to return your vehicle to the pre-loss factory specifications.

In the body repair process, repairs or replacement of exterior and interior panels and structural components that make up your vehicle are completed.

The repair technician installs and aligns the panels, as well as, prepares the vehicle for the paint department.

In the paint department, the vehicle is prepared for paint per the paint and vehicle manufacturer specifications prior to final base color and clear coat being applied.

Our facility uses Glasurit Waterborne, which is the required refinish material specified in Europe and California to reduce VOC emissions. It is an Environmentally Friendly material used by BMW, Bentley, Mercedes, Volvo, etc.

During the reassembly process, the vehicle is reassembled, including moldings, emblems, trim, etc. All of the repairs and vehicle systems are checked during this process.

A clean car is a happy car!

During this process, we clean both the inside and outside of the vehicle thoroughly to ensure your satisfaction and to verify that everything has been completed prior to delivery.

Final inspection is the last process of the repair. Prior to you picking up your vehicle, the entire vehicle is inspected to verify that all the repairs have been completed to our high standard of care.

At the time you pick up your vehicle, the repairs and invoice are reviewed with you to ensure accuracy and your satisfaction.

You can now drive away confident knowing that your vehicle has been restored to pre-loss factory condition.
